Day Four: My Skinny Outfit
sorry ive been slacking on this! im on tumblr alot less over the weekend than during the week.
my skinny outfit for the summer is just a pair of jean shorts and a tank top. i have never been able to wear that and feel really good about how i look. for the winter it is a pair of leggings and an oversized sweater. something really comfy and cute:)

so i have been super frustrated about the lack of self control i have. i know why i am doing this and i know it isnt healthy and at this point i just need to be losing more than i am. so i got some adderall and i took it for the first time today. not only did i get a ton of school stuff done but i only ate about 150 calories all day! i wasnt even hungry i carried a granola bar around with me all...
Day Three: Benifits of Weight Loss
I really want to lose weight to be comfortable with myself. I have never thought i was pretty and i have horrible self confidence but when I am skinnier I will be more confident and happy with myself.
Day Two: My Favorite Healthy Meal
my favorite healthy meal really depends on the weather. when its cold out it is probaby chicken soup with no noodles and alot of veggies with a cup of tea.
and when its warm out it is probablt fruit salad or a garden salad with grilled chicken on top. :)
